- 2 Now copy the badge link to make sure it links to your badge

- 4 Open Gmail and click on Settings -> See all settings
- 5 Scroll down to the Signature section
- 6 Click Insert Image > Upload image
- 7 Click on the badge image and resize it
- 8 Select the image and click on the link icon
- 9 Past the badge URL link in the Web address box
- 10 Click save to finish

- 4 Open Outlook and click on Home Tab -> New Email -> Signatures
- 5 Add a New Signature or edit an existing one
- 6 Select the Image icon in the toolbar
- 7 Insert the image downloaded into your signature
- 8 Select the image and click on the link icon
- 9 Past the badge URL link in the Web address box
- 10 Click save to finish
Certificação Profissional Nantes Serviços Financeiros
Objetivo Geral:
Capacitar e certificar profissionais para atuação ética, eficiente e consultiva na oferta de produtos financeiros, com foco especial em crédito para veículos, produtos associados e atendimento humanizado, conforme os padrões de excelência da Nantes Academy.
Composição da Certificação:
- Módulos de Capacitação Teórica e Prática – 16 horas
- Avaliação de Conhecimento Teórico – 1 hora
- Simulação Prática de Atendimento com Banca Avaliadora –Apresentação 10 min para cada participante + 5min feedback da banca.
Conteúdo Programático:
- Módulo 1 – Fundamentos do Sistema Financeiro e Produtos (4 horas)
- Módulo 2 – Crédito Veicular com Foco Consultivo (4 horas)
- Módulo 3 – Atendimento Humanizado e Ética Profissional (4 horas)
- Módulo 4 – Prática Simulada de Atendimento e Vendas (4 horas)
Processo de Certificação:
Etapa 1 – Avaliação Teórica
- Prova com 30 questões objetivas
- Aprovado: mínimo de 70% de acertos
Etapa 2 – Simulação de Atendimento com Banca
- O candidato realiza um atendimento simulado com cliente fictício (estudo de caso)
- Avaliado por banca composta por 2 especialistas
- Critérios: Domínio técnico (20 pontos), Comunicação (20 pontos), Postura Profissional (15 pontos), Escuta Ativa (15 pontos), Soluções (20 pontos) e Ética (10 pontos)
Aprovado: Acima de 70 pontos.
