Although low-level disruptive behaviour is sometimes underestimated, research shows that it has a negative impact on pupils and teachers, and contributes to significant lost learning time. This course helps school leaders put together a whole school approach to help tackle low-level disruption. There is also an in-depth study into the Ready to Learn behaviour system successfully used at Casterton College, which can help leaders reflect on their own policies and practice.
