- 5 Add a New Signature or edit an existing one
- 6 Select the Image icon in the toolbar
- 7 Insert the image downloaded into your signature
- 8 Select the image and click on the link icon

- 10 Click save to finish

Developed and delivered by Sol Cruz Connect Consultancy OPC, this program bridges analytical thinking and communication, guiding learners through the complete Data-to-Insight Journey — from data collection and cleansing, to visualization and storytelling.
Participants learn to apply structured frameworks such as CUIKA (for data readiness) and DATAS (for analysis workflow), interpret trends through descriptive and diagnostic analytics, perform basic statistical validation, and craft compelling data stories that connect numbers to action.
This course also provides the foundational knowledge and skills required to succeed in more advanced training programs, such as Lean Six Sigma Certification and Advanced Data Analytics.
By completing this certification, learners strengthen their analytical confidence, communication clarity, and data-driven decision-making — enabling them to influence performance and strategy across BPO and service operations.
To earn this certification, participants must:
- Attend the whole duration of the live online training
- Complete all assigned practical exercises and activities
- Achieve a minimum score of 70% (14 out of 20) on the final certification assessment
