Trainee Teachers

This course features advice and activities to help trainee teachers understand and manage the challenges of their training year. It is designed to help trainees make the most of the opportunities the training year provides, while also being prepared to deal with sources of stress and potential problems. Includes tips for managing different expectations and relationships, reflecting on practice in the context of the Teachers' Standards, dealing with observations and maintaining wellbeing.
