Leading Change Improving Care
Leading Change Improving Care
Delivered by Centra Training
Overview
Leading Change Improving Care is one of Skills for Care’s national leadership development programmes for new and experienced managers in adult social care. Over five interactive modules, you have developed practical tools and techniques to influence, implement and sustain change that improves the quality of care. You understand your own leadership style and its impact, can motivate and influence teams, engage colleagues who are resistant to change, and use coaching and mentoring to nurture talent and build high-performing teams. The programme supports progression on the national Care Workforce Pathway, strengthening leadership within the supervisor or leader, deputy manager and registered manager role categories.
