The Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate is designed for individuals working in, or preparing to work in, the adult social care sector. It supports learners to build the essential knowledge, practical skills, and professional behaviours needed to deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care.
Delivered by Centra Training, this qualification helps learners develop a strong understanding of the core responsibilities within adult social care, including safeguarding, duty of care, communication, equality and diversity, health and safety, and supporting individuals with dignity and respect.
The programme focuses on real-world care practice, enabling learners to apply their knowledge confidently within the workplace and contribute to high-quality care outcomes for service users.
To achieve this credential, learners must:
