Overview

Well-Led is Skills for Care’s national leadership development programme for new and experienced managers in adult social care. Over four interactive modules, they have developed a clear understanding of what a well-led service looks like and applied practical leadership models to deliver change and promote best practice. They are confident, reflective leaders, equipped to lead a values-driven workforce that provides high-quality, person-centred care. The programme supports progression on the national Care Workforce Pathway, strengthening leadership within the supervisor or leader, deputy manager and registered manager role categories
