About this credential

This badge recognises the ability to launch and grow a digital badge programme. Earners can choose the right issuing workflow, plan communications that get badges accepted and shared, measure a programme's activity, reach and outcomes, and apply the core principles of data protection under the UK GDPR and Brazil's LGPD. It is the third of three badges in the Digital Badge Practitioner pathway from Certify Academy.

Earning Criteria

To earn this badge, participants:

Completed four lessons on issuing workflows, learner communications and sharing, measuring impact, and privacy and data protection
Wrote a launch plan for their own badge, covering the issuing method and owner, communications before, during and after issue, suggested LinkedIn wording, three success measures including one outcome, and privacy checks
Passed the Module 03 assessment with a score of 80% or above
