Aptitude (GIA)
Hosted by one of our expert trainers, the Thomas Aptitude accreditation training expands your knowledge of Thomas’ General Intelligence assessment (GIA). It covers everything from the basics to more advanced insights as well as what the GIA measures, its role in workplace assessments, and how to use it responsibly. This course builds the skills to confidently administer, interpret, and provide feedback on GIA reports. Through real-life case studies, you'll also discover how to benchmark individuals within your organization, helping you make better-informed decisions. GIA practitioner accreditation is earned once the course is completed and after passing a short knowledge check.
