As a Production Superintendent at Idwala Industrial Holdings Lime Distributors, I manage and coordinate all resources and processes to maximize the productivity of daily production in terms of quality standards, production volumes, yields, costs and lost time. I have successfully implemented plans and systems for production, supervised a team of more than 40 staff members, and maintained the efficient running of various plants and equipment.
I am also a BBA candidate at Regenesys, where I am developing my skills and knowledge in business administration and management, strategic management, and project management. I am passionate about learning new ways to improve production performance, optimize operational efficiency, and reduce waste and costs. I am a certified PDCA & Lean Six Sigma White & Yellow Belt and a candidate Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, demonstrating my commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.
