Retrieval Practice

Learning revolves around the need to find pieces of information efficiently, without relying on the internet. This course explores how teachers can help pupils practise memory retrieval in the classroom. Including information on how we actually retrieve memory (through review, recognition, recall and cued recall), what we can do to improve recall and what happens when our memory fails, this course helps teachers understand what they can do to support their pupils and challenge misremembered information.
