Middle Leaders

This course is designed to help current and aspiring leaders in schools develop a better understanding of the role and importance of middle leaders. Professor Bernard Barker introduces key ideas and practical applications through a series of mini-lectures, theory, case studies and written exercises. The course is equally helpful for middle and senior leaders. This course is part of a four-part series on School Leadership that also includes Organisational Climate, Managing Difficult People and What Makes a Great Head.
