- 1 Download the badge image (see below)
- 2 Now copy the badge link to make sure it links to your badge

- 4 Open Gmail and click on Settings -> See all settings
- 5 Scroll down to the Signature section
- 6 Click Insert Image > Upload image
- 7 Click on the badge image and resize it
- 8 Select the image and click on the link icon
- 9 Past the badge URL link in the Web address box
- 10 Click save to finish

- 4 Open Outlook and click on Home Tab -> New Email -> Signatures
- 5 Add a New Signature or edit an existing one
- 6 Select the Image icon in the toolbar
- 7 Insert the image downloaded into your signature
- 8 Select the image and click on the link icon
- 9 Past the badge URL link in the Web address box
- 10 Click save to finish
The Thomas Assess Accredited badge refers to the accreditation you’ve obtained after completing all of Thomas’ Behaviour (PPA), Aptitude (GIA), Personality (HPTI), and Emotional Intelligence (TEIQue) courses – all 4 psychometric assessments on the Thomas Assess Accredited platform. This accreditation indicates that you are competent in administering, interpreting, and providing feedback on all these assessments, which are widely used in recruitment, employee development, and team management.
Thomas offers a variety of psychometric assessments, including:
⦁ Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) - Measures behavioral preferences at work.
⦁ General Intelligence Assessment (GIA) - Evaluates cognitive abilities like reasoning and problem-solving.
⦁ Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue) - Assesses emotional intelligence.
⦁ High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI) - Identifies leadership potential based on key personality traits.
Upon achieving/obtaining the Thomas Assess Accredited badge, this indicates that you are able to apply these tools to support decision-making in areas like hiring, team dynamics, leadership development, and personal coaching.
