- 2 Now copy the badge link to make sure it links to your badge

- 6 Click Insert Image > Upload image
- 7 Click on the badge image and resize it
- 8 Select the image and click on the link icon
- 9 Past the badge URL link in the Web address box
- 10 Click save to finish

- 10 Click save to finish
The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care sets out the minimum requirements for a qualification that develops learners with skills, knowledge and behaviours required to manage practise and lead others.
The qualification recognises the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to manage and lead Adult Care team. It provides learners’ with guidance on effective communication, personal development, values and behaviours, health and wellbeing, responsibilities of self and others and safeguarding.
It is recommended that learners hold a Level 3 qualification in a related area before undertaking this
The Apprentice has achieved 80 credits. The Apprentice has demonstrated their knowledge, skills and behaviours achieving 53 credits of mandatory units, examples of which consists of:
- Leading communication in care settings
- Supervision and performance management in adult care
- Personal development and management development in care settings
- Equality and inclusion in care settings
- Duty of care
- Understanding governance and regulatory processes.
- Safeguarding and protection in care settings
- Leading and managing a team in adult care.
- Implement person-centred approaches in care settings
- Health, safety, and wellbeing in care settings
- Handle information in care settings.
- Managing concerns, complaints and resources within adult care
The additional 27+ credits achieved were chosen and tailored to the apprentice's job and where the areas of Continuing Professional Development was required.
