Managing Learning Anxiety

Learning anxiety is anxiety with a core rooted in fear of attempting something new, working in a different manner, or encountering new or unfamiliar expectations. While educators cannot take the place of mental health professionals, Managing Learning Anxiety offers useful steps to help children's wellbeing through early classroom intervention and developing resilience. This course covers issues often at the core of pupils’ learning anxiety, common barriers to learning and key signs of learning anxiety as well as structured ways to build classroom resilience to combat this anxiety.
