As the Team Leader of the QC Chemistry Laboratory at AMPI-QC, directly reporting to the Quality Control and Assurance Department Head, I lead with a commitment to precision, compliance, and continuous improvement. A Registered Chemist and BOSH Safety Officer, I bring a strong foundation in analytical chemistry, occupational safety, and quality systems—supported by a CLSSYB certification and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
In my current role, I oversee laboratory operations, guide technical teams, and implement process enhancements that ensure product integrity and regulatory alignment. I take pride in fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration, where every result contributes to operational excellence.
