Using coaching as a performance management and accountability tool, leaders were reminded of the importance of listening to and guiding mentors in order to support change.

 

The aims of this module were to:

  • Consider how to approach difficult conversations with mentors
  • Use the CLARITY model to frame difficult conversations
  • Understand how and when to escalate mentor behaviours or concerns with minimal disruption to the mentee.
