Engaging with research and remaining informed with the most recent pedagogy is essential if we are to be the best mentors for our mentees. This module explored how lead mentors can support mentors to continue engaging with research in order to develop both their own practice and their work with mentees.

 

The aims of this module were to:

- Review how to navigate an evidence base and utilise valuable research
- Reflect on personal practice and consider how to dedicate time to engage with reading and research
- Consider practical strategies for embedding findings that will be of value to a provision or setting.

Awarded for passing the end of module test of the online/mobile course Embedding research.
