This module supported lead mentors in the planning for and implementation of effective wellbeing support across their provision. It supported mentors in developing preventative strategies by understanding how to create mentally healthy cultures, advise on what indicators of need may look like (including how to respond to staff, mentors and mentees in need) and also provided signposting information and resources to support provision leads in their management or leadership role.
The aims of this module were to support mentors to:
- Develop preventative systems and strategies within a provision to support staff and trainee wellbeing
- Have an awareness of indicators of need and what effective wellbeing support looks like
- Build a network and resource bank for self-support and signposting when reacting to a wellbeing concern.

Awarded for passing the end of module test of the online/mobile course Enhancing team wellbeing.
