The GemaSim Master Trainer credential recognises experienced GemaSim practitioners who are authorised to train and certify GemaSim Certified Trainers.
Master Trainers demonstrate advanced capability in simulation facilitation, behavioural observation, and debriefing, and can reliably transfer these skills to others through structured instruction, coaching, and assessment.
To earn this credential, recipients were required to:
- Hold an active GemaSim Certified Trainer credential
- Demonstrate consistent, high-quality facilitation and debriefing across multiple GemaSim sessions
- Teach the GemaSim methodology to trainer candidates, including technical setup, facilitation standards, observation, and debrief structure
- Coach and develop trainer candidates through feedback and practice
- Assess trainer competence against GemaSim certification standards
- Uphold GemaSim quality assurance and ethical facilitation requirements
Master Trainers are authorised to certify trainers in accordance with GemaSim’s methodology and standards.

- Active GemaSim Certified Trainer credential in good standing
- Demonstrated high-level competence in running GemaSim simulations and facilitating structured debriefs
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and assess trainer candidates
- Successful completion of the GemaSim Master Trainer pathway and assessment
- Approval/authorisation by GemaSim (or an authorised GemaSim representative) to certify trainers
