Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate
- 1 Download the badge image (see below)
- 2 Now copy the badge link to make sure it links to your badge
- 3
- 4 Open Gmail and click on Settings -> See all settings
- 5 Scroll down to the Signature section
- 6 Click Insert Image > Upload image
- 7 Click on the badge image and resize it
- 8 Select the image and click on the link icon
- 9 Past the badge URL link in the Web address box
- 10 Click save to finish

- 4 Open Outlook and click on Home Tab -> New Email -> Signatures
- 5 Add a New Signature or edit an existing one
- 6 Select the Image icon in the toolbar
- 7 Insert the image downloaded into your signature
- 8 Select the image and click on the link icon
- 9 Past the badge URL link in the Web address box
- 10 Click save to finish
The Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate is designed for individuals working in, or preparing to work in, the adult social care sector. It supports learners to build the essential knowledge, practical skills, and professional behaviours needed to deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care.
Delivered by Centra Training, this qualification helps learners develop a strong understanding of the core responsibilities within adult social care, including safeguarding, duty of care, communication, equality and diversity, health and safety, and supporting individuals with dignity and respect.
The programme focuses on real-world care practice, enabling learners to apply their knowledge confidently within the workplace and contribute to high-quality care outcomes for service users.
To achieve this credential, learners must:
- Successfully complete all required units within the Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate
- Demonstrate understanding of key principles and responsibilities in adult social care
- Provide evidence of practical application within a care setting
- Complete workplace-based assessments and submit a portfolio of evidence
- Meet all assessment criteria in line with awarding body standards
This qualification is assessed through a combination of written work, professional discussions, workplace evidence, and practical observations, ensuring learners can apply their knowledge effectively in real care environments.
Learners develop a strong foundation in person-centred care, safeguarding, communication, dignity, equality, and professional practice, supporting them to provide safe, respectful, and high-quality care to adults in a range of care settings.
