Shott Scale Up Accelerator 2026
- 1 Download the badge image (see below)
- 2 Now copy the badge link to make sure it links to your badge

- 4 Open Gmail and click on Settings -> See all settings
- 5 Scroll down to the Signature section
- 6 Click Insert Image > Upload image
- 7 Click on the badge image and resize it
- 8 Select the image and click on the link icon
- 9 Past the badge URL link in the Web address box
- 10 Click save to finish
- 1 Download the badge image (see below)
- 2 Now copy the badge link to make sure it links to your badge

- 4 Open Outlook and click on Home Tab -> New Email -> Signatures
- 5 Add a New Signature or edit an existing one
- 6 Select the Image icon in the toolbar
- 7 Insert the image downloaded into your signature
- 8 Select the image and click on the link icon
- 9 Past the badge URL link in the Web address box
- 10 Click save to finish
The Shott Scale Up Accelerator is a nine-month programme that develops, nurtures and strengthens the leadership capabilities of senior decision-makers in high-growth engineering and tech SMEs to scale their business to the next level.
Awardees are given a £10,000 grant, from which they must attend a course on leadership relating to growth and scaling, outside of their given area of expertise. Awardees receive a £10,000 grant, which must be used to undertake a leadership development course focused on growth and scaling, outside their core area of expertise. They are also required to participate in six coaching and mentoring sessions and attend at least four of the following seven modules:
Module 1: People, Culture and Adaptive Leadership
Module 2: Governance and Strategic Decision-Making
Module 3: Product Strategy and Portfolio Management
Module 4: Customer Acquisition and Commercial Growth
Module 5: International Expansion and Market Access
Module 6: Growth Funding
Module 7: Restructuring and Exit
