- 1 Download the badge image (see below)
- 2 Now copy the badge link to make sure it links to your badge

- 4 Open Gmail and click on Settings -> See all settings
- 5 Scroll down to the Signature section
- 6 Click Insert Image > Upload image
- 7 Click on the badge image and resize it
- 8 Select the image and click on the link icon
- 9 Past the badge URL link in the Web address box
- 10 Click save to finish

- 4 Open Outlook and click on Home Tab -> New Email -> Signatures
- 5 Add a New Signature or edit an existing one
- 6 Select the Image icon in the toolbar
- 7 Insert the image downloaded into your signature
- 8 Select the image and click on the link icon
- 9 Past the badge URL link in the Web address box
- 10 Click save to finish
The Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care is a recognised qualification designed for individuals working in adult social care who want to develop their knowledge, skills, and confidence in providing high-quality care and support.
Delivered by Centra Training, this qualification supports learners to build the practical competence and professional understanding required to work effectively within adult care settings. It is suitable for care workers, support workers, senior care assistants, and others who have responsibility for delivering person-centred care.
The programme focuses on real-world care practice, helping learners understand key areas such as safeguarding, communication, duty of care, health and safety, equality and inclusion, personal development, and supporting individuals with dignity, independence, and respect.
Learners develop the skills needed to meet the needs of service users, work effectively as part of a care team, and contribute to safe, compassionate, and high-quality care delivery.
To achieve this credential, learners must:
- Successfully complete all required units within the Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care
- Demonstrate competence in providing person-centred care and support within an adult care setting
- Provide evidence of practical application in areas such as safeguarding, communication, duty of care, equality, dignity, and health and safety
- Complete workplace-based assessments and submit a portfolio of evidence
- Meet all assessment criteria in line with awarding body standards
This qualification is assessed through a combination of workplace observations, written assignments, professional discussions, reflective accounts, and evidence gathered from real care practice.
Learners develop a strong understanding of adult care principles and practical care responsibilities, supporting them to deliver safe, respectful, and effective care that improves outcomes for the individuals they support.
