- 2 Now copy the badge link to make sure it links to your badge

- 6 Click Insert Image > Upload image

- 10 Click save to finish

- 5 Add a New Signature or edit an existing one
- 6 Select the Image icon in the toolbar
- 7 Insert the image downloaded into your signature
- 8 Select the image and click on the link icon
- 9 Past the badge URL link in the Web address box
- 10 Click save to finish

The qualification focuses on the principles that underpin high-quality care leadership, helping learners understand how to lead teams, promote person-centred practice, support governance, and contribute to safe, effective, and compliant services.
Learners develop a strong understanding of leadership, communication, safeguarding, supervision, quality improvement, and professional accountability, supporting them to make informed decisions and contribute positively to outcomes for both staff and people receiving care.
To earn this badge, learners must successfully complete the Level 4 Certificate in Principles of Leadership and Management for Adult Care with Centra Training and demonstrate that they can:
- Understand the principles of leadership and management in adult care
- Recognise how to lead and support effective care teams
- Understand person-centred practice and positive outcomes
- Promote safeguarding, dignity, duty of care, and wellbeing
- Understand governance, accountability, and regulatory expectations
- Support communication, supervision, and professional development
- Contribute to quality improvement within adult care services
