Reflective Practice

Finding time to reflect on learning is essential for both staff and pupils. This course outlines how teachers can identify areas where pupils need most support, as well as help them to understand and reflect upon where they, themselves, can improve. Scheduling time for reflection into the timetable can help pupils become independent learners and support teachers in their own professional development.
